Is this an “office as a service” (OaaS)?

Yes — that's the model. Instead of a traditional lease plus separate suppliers, you get a private, fully furnished, plug-and-play office on one all-inclusive monthly fee per desk. Some call it office-as-a-service, a serviced office or a managed office — we call it your own office, run for you.

What's included in the per-desk fee?

Your own private address, the fitted private office, furniture, business fibre and Wi-Fi, cleaning, coffee and biometric access — on one monthly invoice. The only add-on is parking, billed through at the building's own rate.

Do we get our own business address?

Yes. It's your own private office and your own registered business address — not a shared serviced-centre address.

How quickly can we move in?

The offices we list are already fitted and fibre-ready, so move-in is typically 2 to 4 weeks from signing.

What term do we commit to?

Generally a 3-year term, but we can look at anything from 12 months to 5 years — just ask. We'll confirm the term with your proposal.

Which areas do you cover?

Cape Town for now — including Tyger Valley, Century City and more. Tell us your preferred area on the request form and we'll source it if it's not already on the list.
